Installing 3altari2 Logistics and connecting your Shopify store is free for merchants. There are no subscription fees and no charges through Shopify.
3altari2 platform subscriptions are paid by delivery companies, not by merchants.
2 Delivery fees
When you ship an order, it is delivered by your delivery company. Each delivery company sets its own delivery rates for you, based on the delivery area.
- Rates are agreed between you and your delivery company.
- Confirm the applicable rates and any additional delivery charges with your delivery company before shipping.
- The delivery fee is calculated per order.
3 How you pay
Delivery fees are paid directly to your delivery company, outside of Shopify. Shopify does not bill you for deliveries.
- Payment methods and settlement terms are agreed directly with your delivery company.
4 Get started
- Install the app from the Shopify App Store.
- Connect your store to your delivery company on 3altari2.
- Check your delivery rates, then start shipping your orders.
Shopify billing: Shopify has submitted a Billing API exemption request on our behalf for variable delivery charges. The merchant app connection is free; delivery service charges are separate and agreed with your delivery company.
