Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the 3altari2 delivery operations platform, including company, merchant, driver and customer-facing experiences.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and use the service only for lawful delivery operations. Companies are responsible for the users, merchants, drivers and data they authorize.

Orders and delivery data

3altari2 provides operational software. The delivery company remains responsible for order accuracy, pickup and delivery instructions, customer communications, pricing, collections, and decisions made through its workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, interfere with availability, or use customer and driver information outside the purpose for which it was provided.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features, security controls or these terms when reasonably necessary, and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
